The conscience test for gray content

After you scroll or watch, ask: did it leave me closer to the Lord or further? Did it make holiness, or sin, look more attractive? If you cannot receive it with thanksgiving (1 Tim 4:4–5), do it to God's glory (1 Cor 10:31), or do it in faith (Rom 14:23), count it as Destructive.

Step 4: the Empty Calories opportunity

No content is spiritually neutral. Your Empty Calories hours are the largest lever you have to turn the tide. Ask how each one could point you toward God.
